Pulsing with Nature
A Seasonal Integrated Approach
For those who are ready for coherence
You may find your way here because what you’ve tried so far is no longer enough.
You don’t exactly know what you’re looking for, but you are not drawn to optimizing your health, fixing your mind, or following another method.
You may be used to thinking your way through things, and beginning to sense that thinking alone cannot hold everything you are experiencing.
There is a recognition that something is missing.
But it’s not more information. Not another method. Not more discipline.
And perhaps -
what feels like something missing
is not an absence,
but something that has not yet been met.
Here, we begin with the possibility that nothing is missing.
When things no longer fit into separate parts
Many people arrive here with a subtle but persistent feeling that life has been divided into parts that no longer belong apart.
Body and mind.
Health and environment.
Personal life and the state of the world.
Joy and grief.
You may feel the weight of what is happening around us: the degradation of the living earth, the fragmentation of social life, and the sense that the ways we are taught to care for ourselves are not designed to meet this moment.
You may not have words for it.
Or you may simply just feel so tired of it all!
A different way of understanding the body
In this space, we begin from a different orientation.
The body is not separate from nature.
Movement is not separate from awareness.
Health is not separate from the world we live in.
The body carries the memory of all that came before it: animal, plant, and ancient forms of life.
The spine remembers movement older than language.
The breath connects what is inner and outer, visible and invisible.
Everything pulses.
Expanding and contracting.
Rising and falling.
Returning and beginning again.
“Heaven hands down the image and Earth completes the form.” (Huangdi Neijing)
From concepts to lived experience
These are not ideas to understand.
They are relationships to enter.
Through movement, attention, and seasonal practice, these patterns begin to be felt - not as theory - but as something lived in the body.
Gradually.
Through return.
The practice of return
It is a space that supports a different way of living. There are programs you complete once and the move on, this is not that.
Here, a way unfolds through repetition, attention, and time.
We return to a movement and notice something new.
We return to a food and sense how it meets our body.
We return to a feeling and begin to relate to it differently.
Like the cycles of the moon, the seasons, or the breath itself, the practice deepens through repetition.
By staying in relationship.
Where this work comes together
In my other offerings, each practice stands on its own. But here, they begin to meet.
The movements become a way of sensing.
The sensing shapes how we eat, rest, and relate.
The inner and outer worlds begin to reflect one another.
This is where something different becomes possible.
Not perfection.
Not control.
But coherence.
An invitation
If you are no longer interested in fragmenting your life into separate parts -
and are curious about what it means to live in rhythm, in relationship, and in return -
you are welcome here.
Pulsing with Summer: Heart & Flow
A 4-week seasonal journey into balance, movement, and embodied awareness
Summer, in many traditions, is associated with the heart, both in terms of physical circulation and our capacity for connection, expression, and vitality.
This summer, I’m offering a guided 4-week journey into balance, movement, and seasonal rhythm.
Designed to support the heart, circulation, and overall balance during the summer season, this experience brings together Qi Gong, reflection, and personal guidance to help you stay connected without becoming overwhelmed by the intensity of the season.
You’ll be supported through simple practices, weekly guidance, and individual sessions to make the work personal and real.
This is the first of a series of seasonal journeys, Autumn, Winter, and Spring editions coming.
Pulsing with the Seasons - Seasonal Calendar
If you’d like to begin gently, I offer a seasonal calendar to help you notice the rhythms already present in your life.
This calendar combines ancient Chinese and traditional European considerations for helping us embody a nature-based worldview in practical ways. I hope you’ll enjoy this guide and will use it help you notice seasonal changes within and around you throughout the year.
