in Rhythm with Life
When Caring for Others Starts to Cost You
You might be holding a lot.
Caring for others, meeting expectations, moving from one responsibility to the next. From the outside, it may even look like you’re managing well.
But in quieter moments, something feels off.
A lingering fatigue that doesn’t fully go away.
Sleep that doesn’t restore you.
A body that signals in small ways, like aches, tension, digestion, recurring colds, but nothing urgent enough to stop everything.
So you keep going.
Because you have to. Because others depend on you. Because there isn’t time to deal with it properly.
Until, at some point, you begin to wonder:
Can I keep living like this?
And this is often where our work begins.
Why do we wait until the body is shouting before we begin to listen?
Health, as I understand it, is not something we fix or achieve, but something we come back into relationship with.
Not just when symptoms become loud, but in the moments when the body is already speaking, and we are just beginning to listen.
In our work together, we slow things down.
We begin by understanding your life as it is now. This includes your patterns, your rhythms, your responsibilities, your points of depletion and support.
From there, we gently re-orient.
Without setting rigid plans or quick fixes, we re-learn how to notice what your body is asking for, and how to respond in ways that are sustainable, realistic, and grounded in your actual life.
You will begin to care for yourself with the same attention you offer to others.
Responding to Patterns with Care
A central part of my work is understanding health through the lens of rhythm and relationship.
Just as in nature, our bodies move through cycles, these can be times of expansion and contraction, activity and rest, outward engagement and inward repair.
Many imbalances arise not because something is “wrong,” but because we have been out of rhythm for too long.
Together, we begin to notice these patterns.
When life feels fast, full, and overstimulated, we explore ways to bring in more grounding and restoration.
When life feels heavy, stagnant, or depleted, we gently reintroduce movement, connection, and activation.
This is not a forced balance but learning how to recognize what season you are in, and how to respond to it with care.
I offer a Relational Health Coaching Practice
It’s a space where you can speak honestly about what is not working, without judgment. This work is not about optimization, or better performance, or fixing yourself nor is it about following a perfect routine, or eliminating every symptom. It’s certainly not about feeling “good enough” to return to productivity.
Instead, we explore patterns, habits, and choices through curiosity and care.
Over time, this creates something more lasting than short-term change: a deeper trust in your own body, and a more sustainable way of living within it.
Ways We Can Work Together
A Place to Begin
I offer a free 20–30 minute inquiry call.
This is a space to meet, ask questions, and get a sense of whether this work feels right for you. There is no pressure or expectation, it’s just a conversation.
Get started with a free 30 minute consult.
1:1 Health Coaching
I work with people over a period of time, rather than in isolated sessions.
The most supportive place to begin is a 3-month container, with sessions every two weeks. This creates a steady rhythm with enough space for integration, while maintaining continuity and care.
Each session is approximately 50 minutes.
Between sessions, you may begin to notice shifts in awareness, habits, and energy. Small changes often emerge naturally when there is space to listen and respond differently.
This is not a rigid program. It is a structured, but flexible container that adapts to your life as it unfolds. Sessions are held online, allowing you to join from your own space, wherever you are.
I offer this work on a sliding scale of $450–$600 for a 3-month container (6 sessions).
You are invited to choose a rate within this range that feels sustainable and respectful of your current circumstances. If you’re unsure, we can briefly talk it through during our inquiry call.
Who This is For?
This may be a good fit if:
You spend much of your time caring for others, and are beginning to feel the cost of that
You notice patterns of fatigue, stress, or imbalance, but don’t know how to shift them
You are not looking for a quick fix, but for a more sustainable way of living in your body
You are willing to slow down, listen, and engage with your health in a different way
FAQs

Functional Medicine is an approach to health that looks beyond symptoms and asks: what is contributing to this pattern, and how can we support the body more fully?
A Functional Medicine Doctor is a licensed medical provider who can diagnose conditions, order tests, and prescribe treatment.
As a Functional Medicine Health Coach, my role is different.
I do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. Instead, I work with you to explore the day-to-day patterns that shape your health. How you eat, rest, move, respond to stress, and care for yourself over time?
Together, we translate insights into practices in a way that are realistic and sustainable within your life.
You do not need to be working with a doctor to benefit from this kind of support. At the same time, this work is complementary to medical care, not a replacement for it, and I encourage you to maintain a relationship with your healthcare provider.

We begin with a conversation.
In our first sessions, I focus on getting to know you: your daily rhythms, your responsibilities, your patterns, and what your body has been trying to communicate.
There is no rush to fix anything, instead, we start by noticing.
From there, we begin to explore small, meaningful shifts: ways of eating, resting, moving, and responding that feel supportive and realistic in your life.
Some sessions are more reflective, others more practical. At times we may explore patterns, habits, or beliefs; at other times we may work with simple strategies, experiments, or ways to bring more awareness into your day.
Change doesn’t happen all at once.
It unfolds gradually, as you begin to listen differently and respond with more care.
Over time, many people notice more energy, more clarity, and a growing sense of trust in their own body.
If you’re curious, the best way to begin is with a free inquiry call, where we can meet and see if this feels like the right fit for you.

This work may be a good fit if something in you is already noticing that the way you’ve been living is no longer sustainable.
You may be used to caring for others, while putting your own needs aside. You may feel tired, stretched, or out of rhythm, even if nothing feels “seriously wrong.”
You might already know what you should be doing for your health, but find it difficult to actually live it, given the reality of your life.
This work is not about quick fixes or strict plans.
It’s for those who are willing to slow down, listen, and begin relating to their health in a different way: being more attentive, more responsive, and more sustainable over time.
It may not be the right fit if you are looking for a fast solution, a rigid program, or someone to tell you exactly what to do.
But if you are curious about what your body has been trying to communicate, and open to meeting it with care, then this work may support you.

This work is designed to fit into your life and not overwhelm it.
We typically meet every two weeks, which creates a steady rhythm without adding pressure to an already full schedule.
There is no expectation to do everything “perfectly” between sessions. In fact, part of the work is learning how to make small, realistic changes that are actually sustainable.
Some weeks you may engage more actively, and other weeks simply noticing is enough.
You don’t need extra time, discipline, or a complete lifestyle overhaul to begin.
You only need a willingness to pay attention and to start, gently, where you are.
About Working with Me
My work as a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach (FMCHC), and a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), which focuses on supporting the root causes of imbalance through lifestyle, nutrition, and behavioral change.
I do not diagnose or treat medical conditions, prescribe treatments, and this work is not a replacement for medical care. Rather, it is a complementary, relational process that supports you in making meaningful, sustainable changes.
People I work with often come with experiences such as chronic stress, fatigue, digestive issues, hormonal shifts, or other ongoing imbalances, but our work always begins with how you are living and feeling right now.
Rooted in Reciprocity, Offered in Trust
I offer this practice in gratitude for the Wildness that Escapes. I offer a sliding scale and an invitation into reciprocity. Let us find together the balance where none of us feels exploited, and all feel nourished.
