Coaching Services

Standard
5 sessions, online, additional email support and resources in between sessions. Calls are 7-10 days apart. Select this package to get started, to set your goals that align with your overall health vision, and to begin working to achieve them.

Follow-up
Follow-up sessions, online, (1-10 session packages) to ensure continuous habit formation, support and resources as needed. Select this option if you have already worked with a health coach and need ongoing accountability support on a semi-regular or as-needed basis.
About Working with Me
In my role as a Functional Medicine health and wellness coach in training. I help my clients reach and maintain optimal health, experience improved energy, mental clarity, mood, and overall vitality and implement healthier lifestyle habits.
I empower individuals or groups to develop and achieve their own self-determined goals, using their internal strengths and resources. I am committed to helping my clients build confidence in their own abilities to know and act upon what they need to thrive.
Acting as an accountability partner, I support behavioral change and growth, and when asked for, I offer evidence-based resources on promoting balance. I do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe treatments; however, I do create a trusting connection with clients in a safe and non-judgmental space to support the implementation of their medical practitioners' treatment recommendations. I am working towards a recognized credential from FMCA and as such, I comply with all ethical principles and ensure my client interests are prioritized in the coach-client partnership.

A Functional Medicine doctor is a licensed medical professional (such as an MD, DO, or ND) who practices a holistic, patient-centered approach to healthcare. They focus on identifying and addressing the root causes of chronic diseases rather than just treating symptoms. A FM doctor will diagnose conditions, prescribe medications, and order medical tests, they will address complex health conditions from a root-cause perspective.
A Functional Medicine health coach is a trained professional (not a licensed medical doctor) who can help clients implement and sustain the lifestyle and dietary changes recommended in their treatment plans. Health coaches focus on empowering clients to make lasting behavioral changes that support their health and wellness goals. A FM health coach will NOT diagnose conditions, prescribe medications, and order medical tests.
You do not need to be working with a doctor in order to benefit from a FM health coaching.
But please note, the FM coaching is complementary to conventional medicine, it’s NOT a replacement. So you are encouraged to maintain a relationships with your primary care provider.

Health coaching is effective for chronic conditions like digestive disorders, chronic pain, autoimmune conditions, hormonal imbalances, metabolic issues, fatigue, and stress-related problems that haven't responded well to conventional approaches alone.
